man my internet connection at the station is really working slowly tonight. I’ve tried both computers here at the station and it acts the same. It’s usually very fast. I’ve had two calls today, both medical calls. The last one involved another combative patient. She was having siezures. Man, her eyes were completely dialated. I’ve got to learn to have more patience with these kinds of patients. I’m not sure i really can though. I just continue to believe that it is their basic nature coming out or they are ignorant or something. It may just be that they are completely afraid and have no control over that fright. They are sure crazy and mean, though. I talked to my son tonight on the phone and he was saying that this is the best blog site these days, that google has it now and is probably going to do some really good things with it in the future.
This four day thing at the station is going to get very long i have a feeling. Actually it’s seven work days(24hr. days) in an eight day period that i am working. I worked eight days straight once , but that was during Allicia, the hurricane. That was miserable. I sure stayed busy during that though. Some of the paramedics really get on my nerves with their smart mouths. I guess they really don’t have any patience with me when i don’t know as much about their job as they do. They’ll just have to get over it. Not much on tv tonight since i don’t have Tivo here.
