Hello everybody. It’s been a while since I sat down and wrote anything here. I’ve been doing pretty good and my throat is getting better and better as time goes by since the surgery i had. My wife and i are planning on a trip to central florida for a spring training vacation. we bought the package deal. we get to see the astros play a couple games up close in the little stadium and we go to an autograph session and talk to the players. that will be lots of fun. we are leaving in a couple of days , hopefully. I found this website which looks interesting to me and tells it like it is, in my estimation. second hand smoke is one of my pet peaves. My wife and I went to a great place for live Jazz a couple nights ago and it was smokeless. wow, that is pretty unheard of in Houston anyway. It is the Magnolia ball room in the Magnolia hotel downtown. They have free milk and cookies and hot ovaltine on certain nights. there is one place where smokers can go and it is the billiard room just off the main lounge and bar area. The Jazz was top notch and i highly recommend it. I look forward to the day when Houston goes completely smokeless in public places. well it’s time for that much anticipated Sunday afternoon nap. bye , friendly readers.
